Coat size equates to the distance between the dog's shoulder blades and the base of the tail.

Other Breeds
Measure around the neck and the tummy.

COLLARS

Allow for a gap 2 fingers' width between the dog's neck and the collar. The table below gives an approximate size guide for coats and collars:
