How does it work? With its patent-pending design, Thundershirt is a pressure wrap that applies a gentle, constant pressure to a dog’s torso; pressure has a calming effect on the nervous system.

Any training required? None. Just put Thundershirt on your dog and you should see results with the very first use for most dogs; some may require two to three usages to see results.

Is it washable? Most certainly. Wash it like you would an ordinary piece of clothing and hang it out to dry.

Hot weather, overheating? Don’t panic! Thundershirt is made from a thin, breathable fabric and dogs keep themselves cool through their mouths and paws. Should overheating be a concern, take note of whether your dog is panting heavily or if their tongue is hanging out. If so then remove the Thundershirt.

How do you put it on? Simple. Just wrap it around the dogs torso and secure in place using the Velcro straps around the belly and neck. It should be snug, but allow enough space to fit two fingers in behind the wrap.
